Standin' Up!!!

My sweet little Liberty is 16 months old now. Take a look at these video clips of her trying to stand up! What a doll!! She even tries to take a step!! She's so funny... she doesn't like you to help her stand up. If you try to stand her up, she pulls her legs up as high as she can, so you have no choice other than set her back down. She has to do it herself.

These Feet Were Made for Walkin'!

Only a couple of days after Liberty tried standing on her own we went to the park to play, where she decided she wanted to try out her walking feet. So cute!! She just stood up and took off!! Please forgive me for posting so many videos at once, but I couldn't choose just one!!!

Since then, she's gone back to crawling! It must be a lot easier!
As you can see, Garett and Daddy did a little wrestling, too!

"Las Mexico"

We got to go on a little trip this past weekend. We went to Oceanside and ""Las Mexico" as Garett calls it. We spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful ocean and warm, soft sand on the beaches. I think we are definitely raising two little California beach babies. They loved it. Even though the water was a little cold, Garett couldn't seem to get enough. Liberty liked to dig in the sand with her little "peanut size" shovel. We had tons of fun!!
