You be the Judge...

As most of you are aware, my confidence in my doctors' judgement about the gender of our baby has been a little less than high. So, as a result, we have decided to ask our friends and family their opinions. Take a look and see what you think.

This is the first ultrasound, from which the doctor told us we were having another girl. (From the pic, it is believable, although Garett says "the arrow is in the way and it is a boy.")

Have you ever caught tadpoles???

We did! We put them in an aquarium to learn how they turn into frogs. We are using it as part of Garett's Pre-school. He helped catch them and he is taking care of them. Here's the mom or dad... I don't know which!
Liberty really liked to watch the frogs and tadpoles, but this is what happened when Garett tried to give her one! She's such a girlie girl!
I know there are several pics of the same thing, but look closely at their expressions. It makes me laugh!

Fun in the Rain!

Whenever it rains, we love to play in it! We don't have a rain umbrella, but the beach one works just a good! I love this pic of Liberty!!! Making mud pies...

The Pinewood Derby

Friday was the Oaks Ward 3rd annual Pinewood Derby. This is an activity our family ALWAYS loves. David is sooo good at woodworking and does an excellent job! I was released as the ward activity planner, so I actually had time to help with the cars this year. I never realized how fun it really is! We had Mater, Lightning, Fillmore and Sarge. What an awesome bunch! Who would have thought that "Mater" would be so fast??Lightning won "Best Paint Job!"

Here are the kids, watching the races. This is what Garett did when I said "smile for the camera." Later he realized maybe he should have listened! He sure did enjoy those cookies, though! Here he is, showing off the prizes! He was very excited (with a mouth full of cookie!)Lightning and Mater are neck in neck!

A Wonderful Weekend in Pismo

We got to spend last weekend at Pismo Beach. Here is the house we stayed in, overlooking the beach...it's the farthest one to the left. It sits on top of this cliff, right on the beach. It was incredible! It has two huge decks off the back- right over the ocean with amazing views! We spent the weekend playing on the beach, rock climbing, repelling, biking along the beach and exploring. Garett & Liberty love the beach. I'll apologize now, for posting so many pictures, but the weather was so beautiful and we has such an amazing time, I just can't help it!

We all love the beach, so we played a lot there. We explored some caves and found some anenomies. We even saw some dolphins and seals!

The inside of the house was fun, too! We especially liked the jetted tub!
