Every week, in Kindergarten, Garett and his class study one letter of the alphabet. On Thursday they can bring something to share that begins with that letter. This past week they were learning about the letter "U." Garett discussed with us the different things he could bring. Umbrellas, ukelele, unicorns, etc. Here's how the rest of the conversation went:
Garett: How about Uncle?
Daddy: Do you think we should call Uncle Clayton and have him come over for Show-n-tell?
Garett: No.... that would probably take too long.
Garett: No.... that would probably take too long.

So instead we found this picture and he shared it at school. He told the class that this was his Uncle Clayton and he lived in Utah. So cute! His teacher asked him some questions about where they were in the picture and what they were doing. He proudly told them they were at Tahoe on a ski trip. His teacher was very impressed that Garett can ski! As he went to sit down, she said "Did anyone else bring their Uncle in their backpack?" He sure loves his Uncle Clayton!
